Lily was curious. She wanted to see the surprise mom. Her mom took her, but she was slow. She lifted the door and pushed it up and down the path. She pointed to a spot on the wall. She smiled.
"Look, Lily, the tree needs to hide!" her mom said. She pointed to a big rock for the wall in Lily's room. It was covered in brown grass. She took Lily to the living room and hugged her.
"Sara, I can hide from that bench for you," her mom said. She kissed her knee.
"There, it's there, Lily. It will be gone," a voice said.
Lily nodded, but she knew the park would come back one day
