Jimmy was disappointed but he listened to his father. When they arrived at school, Jimmy saw his friend, Jack, and they started to play together. They were having so much fun that they forgot about the tree with the strange fruits.
Suddenly, Jimmy felt a sharp pain in his stomach. He told Jack, "I think I ate something bad. It made me feel sick." His friend replied, "Oh no! We should tell your teacher right away."
Jimmy was scared but he knew he had to be brave. He told his teacher what happened and she took him to the doctor. The doctor said that Jimmy was lucky he didn't eat the strange fruits. From that day on, Jimmy always listened to his parents and stayed away from things that looked strange.
