Jack and Sally were running through the woods together when they stopped suddenly. They heard a strange sound coming from around the corner.
“What's that?” asked Jack.
Sally put her finger to her lips and said, “Shhhh. Let's go find out.”

sound until they found a little bird with a broken wing. The bird was chirping loudly, but it was too scared to fly.
“We need to help it,” said Jack.
Sally nodded and said, “Let's take it home and make it better.”
Jack and Sally carefully picked up the bird and took it home. They made a cozy nest for it and gave it some food and water.
The next day, the bird's wing was healed and it was ready to fly again. Jack and Sally took the bird back to the woods and watched it fly away.
“We did it!” said Jack.
Sally smiled and said, “Yes, we did. We helped the little bird and it was all thanks to you.”
