Jack and Sally were running through the woods together when they stopped suddenly. They heard a strange sound coming from around the corner.
“What's that?” asked Jack.
Sally put her finger to her lips and said, “Shhhh. Let's go find out.”

sound and soon they saw a little bird with a broken wing. It was chirping loudly and seemed very scared.
“We have to help it,” said Sally.
Jack nodded and said, “Let's take it to the vet.”
They carefully picked up the bird and rushed to the vet’s office. The vet took care of the bird and soon it was flying again.
“We did it!” said Sally.
Jack smiled and said, “We should always help those in need.”
The moral of the story is that it’s important to be kind and help others, even if it’s just a little bird.
