Tommy was grumpy. He did not want to go to bed. He wanted to play with his cars and trucks. But Mommy said it was time to sleep. She gave him a hug and a kiss and tucked him in with his pillow.
"Good night, Tommy. I love you," Mommy said.

Suddenly, he heard a knock on the door. It was the mailman! He had a big box for Tommy. Tommy was so excited. He opened the box and found a toy truck inside.
"Thank you, mailman!" Tommy said with a big smile.
"You're welcome, Tommy," the mailman said. "Now go to sleep and have sweet dreams."
Tommy went to bed with his new toy truck. He was no longer grumpy. He closed his eyes and had sweet dreams.
